Collection or drop-off
Hand the parcel to the carrier with the recipient’s full contact details and a description of the contents.
Inspection and packing
The carrier checks the contents of each parcel and packs it before transport.
Saturday departure
The truck leaves for Italy every Saturday. Delivery then continues through a distribution network depending on the destination.
Delivery to the recipient’s home
The parcel is delivered directly to the address provided, at the recipient’s home.

03 / Before shipping
What you need to know.
- Maximum 30 kg per parcelThe limit applies to actual and volumetric weight. If it is exceeded, prepare separate parcels and confirm the price.
- Minimum chargeable weight: 10 kgChargeable weight is the higher of actual and volumetric weight: length × width × height ÷ 6,000, with dimensions in centimetres. A 10 kg minimum applies, followed by rounding up to the next half-kilogram, with no tolerance.
- Prices shown in Tunisian dinarsFor Italy, France, Germany and Belgium, the label fee is included in the total: TND 50 up to 25 kg chargeable weight, and TND 75 above 25 kg up to 30 kg.
- Contact the carrier before each departureConfirm destination coverage, accepted contents and the latest handover date.

Does the recipient need to collect the parcel?
The intended service delivers to their home. Provide a full address and a working phone number; confirm what happens if the recipient is absent.
Should I close and pack my parcel?
Keep the contents accessible for inspection. The carrier carries out the inspection and packing. Ask for preparation instructions before handover.
Is the price the same for every destination?
No. It depends on the country, chargeable weight and any collection option. Confirm coverage and the amount before shipping. Label fees for the four destinations mentioned do not automatically apply to other countries.
Is the next Saturday departure guaranteed?
Departures are weekly. Inclusion of your parcel depends on its handover date and acceptance; confirm the expected departure with the carrier.
