Frequently asked questions
How do I compare prices?+
Enter the destination country and your packed parcel’s weight and dimensions. Available offers are listed by price. Each parcel is priced separately.
Are delivery dates guaranteed?+
No. These are estimates calculated when you compare rates. Actual transport, formalities and the carrier’s conditions may change the arrival date.
Where should I drop off my parcel?+
The comparison shows the appropriate type of office: a post office for postal parcels and small packets, or a Rapid-Poste office for EMS and Rapid-Poste / DHL. Confirm opening hours and acceptance before travelling.
Can I pay and book on the website?+
The public comparison tool currently lets you view rates. To arrange a shipment, contact your chosen carrier or our team.
Why do the dimensions affect the price?+
For some express services, a bulky parcel may be charged according to its volume. The comparison highlights volumetric weight only when it determines the displayed price.
My parcel is not showing in tracking. What should I do?+
Check the carrier and copy the number carefully. The first event may only appear after the carrier accepts the parcel. If in doubt, contact the carrier with your proof of drop-off.
