How should I pack my parcel?
Use suitable packaging:
Check that the packaging is undamaged and the box is the right size for its contents. A damaged box can lose up to a third of its protective strength. Do not exceed the weight it can safely hold.

Protect the contents:
For delicate or fragile items, use bubble wrap or suitable cushioning on every side, underneath and above. Wrap separate items individually. Place the most fragile items in the centre of the box and protect them from points and sharp edges.

Seal the box with packing tape:
Use suitable pressure-sensitive packing tape about 50 mm wide to close the box securely. Do not use cables or chains to fasten parcels.

Position the address label:
Keep the delivery address label clearly visible on top of the parcel, without covering or obstructing it. Check that the address is correct and legible before shipping. Keep the barcode clear and readable.
