How do I send a parcel within Tunisia or internationally?

A well-prepared shipment starts with suitable packaging, accurate contact details and a transport service that covers your destination. Follow the essential steps to prepare your parcel and compare offers.

1. Pack, weigh and measure your parcel

Choose a strong box that fits your items. Protect each item, fill empty spaces and seal the box with strong packing tape. Remove old labels.

Weigh the packed parcel and record its length, width and height. The carrier uses these details to calculate the price and check the service limits.

Measure the parcel before shipping

2. Check the addresses and compare offers

Prepare complete origin and destination addresses: country, town or city, postcode where required, street and contact details. Check the postcode with the recipient or the relevant postal service.

Compare the total price, announced delivery time, handover method and tracking options. Check any surcharges, compensation terms and exclusions.

3. Prepare the label and required documents

After confirming your shipment with the chosen carrier or provider, follow its instructions to obtain the shipping label. Check the details, then attach the label flat to a visible side of the parcel. Keep the barcode readable.

For international shipping, check the documents and formalities required for the contents and destination before handing the parcel to the carrier.

Prepare the shipping label

4. Hand over the parcel and track it

Drop the parcel at a location accepted by the carrier, or arrange collection if offered. Follow the opening times and acceptance conditions.

Keep proof of drop-off and the tracking number. Share the number with the recipient and use the carrier’s tracking service to follow delivery progress.
